Jennifer Lawrence did only half her makeup for the Golden Globes before Emma Stone bailed on her.

Rachel Goodwin, a long-term make-up artist of Stone's, was reportedly inspired by the Time's Up movement when designing the look she was going to create for the the star's big night. "What happened tonight?" asked Stone of Lawrence, who was pictured in a profile shot that highlighted her rumpled blonde waves, silver earrings, and a dramatically smoked lid.

Well, it turns out, she can and did explain, in a Facebook video.

"Well, you had told me you wanted me to be your date to the after parties so I, you know, got us tickets to some after parties, booked a auto, and I was halfway through glam when you told me you didn't wanna go", J.Law declared to the friend who was filming her.

The amusing moment is the latest proof confirming that the duo are extremely close and also comical.

Stone revealed her porn name was Chelsea Weathersfield which Lawrence thought sounded like a news anchor.

"He wasn't really a stalker". He must have worked at a studio or something, because he had a lot of people's numbers. "He must have worked at a studio or something". "I found these incredible banners, sashes, pins, and jewelry that women of the Suffragist Movement worn, and they all had these three colors - green, purple, white - and those were the Suffragist colors", she said, according to Allure. 'I'm running late on my way to the sound stage. "I wanted it to be a statement, still make her feel handsome, but this night had a bigger meaning, and this was a different way of approaching it".

Lawrence and Stone seemed to find the situation amusing, too. The Oscar-winning actresses bonded over text messages for over a year before they came face-to-face for the first time, and both women had a fleeting panic they were about to meet "John the Orchestra Guy" when they arranged to hang out. To be even more quite honest, this Hollywood friendship is 10/10.
