Through roughly two days of the NFL's legal tampering period, the Indianapolis Colts have made little noise but the Jacksonville Jaguars are making headlines and the latest comes in the form of wide receiver Donte Moncrief.
Lee's contract is worth $38 million with $18 million guaranteed, according to both the NFL Network and ESPN.
The terms of Moncrief's deal have yet to be released.
Lee, 26, appeared in 14 games last season, his fourth with the Jaguars, and hauled in 56 catches for 702 yards and three touchdowns, helping the team reach the AFC Championship Game.More news: Roger Federer rolls into Indian Wells fourth round
The move brings back one of Jacksonville's top receivers after Allen Robinson agreed to sign with the Chicago Bears early Tuesday morning.
Koyack has played in 30 career games with the Jaguars, including 10 starts, and has 24 career receptions for 199 yards (8.3 average) and one touchdown.
After playing in all 16 games his first two years in the league, however, Moncrief would suffer a bit from the injury bug in 2016 and 2017, playing in a combined 19 games over that span.
Moncrief, who will turn 25 years old in August, was a third-round pick by the Colts in the 2014 NFL Draft out of Ole Miss.
