Based on Jean Hanff Korelitz's 2014 novel You Should Have Known, the limited run series follows Grace Sachs, a therapist whose picture-perfect Upper East Side foundation is suddenly shaken when a fellow mother is found dead - and Grace's husband is suddenly unreachable. The story also involves the disappearance of Grace's husband, which in turns leads to a number of discoveries that forever change her life.

The Undoing joins HBO's red-hot roster of dramas, which features Game of Thrones, Westworld, True Detective, Sharp Objects, The Deuce, Here and Now, The New Pope, Demimonde, and Lovecraft Country.
