From being badmouthed by his alleged ex Sunita Rajwar to now reportedly spying on his wife, Nawaz seems to have become controversy's favourite child.
An India Today report claimed that Rizwan Siddiqui was alleged to have illegally obtained the Call Detail Record details of the actor's estranged wife Sheeba, who is now engaged in bitter divorce battle with him. He maintains that the claims are false and random. After creating an unprecedented uproar with his memoir, the 43-year-old was summoned by Thane Police for investigations in the Call Data Record case on Friday.

"We arrested 11 people and after interrogating three, we found that Rizwan Siddiqui extracted CDRs of Nawazuddin Siddiqui's wife", he said.
The matter is part of the larger CDR leakage racket that involves private detectives illegally sourcing CDR of people for their clients.
The four, whom the police identified as Makesh Pandian (42), Prashant Palekar (49), Jigar Makwana (35) and Samresh Jha (32) alias Pratik Mohpal, had at the time revealed the name of renowned woman detective Rajani Pandit who too was subsequently arrested.
