Several TmoNews readers began getting their update overnight, and they're now on Android 8.0 with Samsung Experience 9.0.

Now, we have already reported that the Galaxy Note 8 from Samsung is reported to get the Android 8.0 Oreo update from March 30 as per Samsung Turkey website.

According to the reports, some of the Galaxy Note 8 devices in France have started to receive the official Android 8.0 Oreo update on their devices. From the post, the update brings build number 8.0.0.360 (C636) for the dual-SIM global model of both the standard P10 (VTR-L29) and the larger P10 Plus (VKY-L29).

Your Galaxy Note 8 would look up for an update, and chances are more than not that it will pick up OTA of Oreo update for you right away. The Oreo update will bring features such as Auto-form filling, new Quick Settings, customised Settings menu, Notification dots, updated notification panel and much more. The Android security patch level is at February 1, 2018.

Sadly, there is no any further information about the update on when it will be available for other regions as of now. Now there's word that Oreo is rolling out to Galaxy Note8 users in France and possibly some other countries. As the update just started rolling out, it might be a while before it reaches everyone.
