An MRI on Donovan Mitchell's injured left foot came back negative late Sunday as the Jazz rookie has been cleared for Game 2 against the Thunder, ESPN.com reported.
Mitchell exited the game during the second half with what was referred to as "left foot soreness", after he appeared to hurt something when he collided with Corey Brewer.
The good news? Mitchell's backed it up with his play on the court, leading the Jazz in scoring with 20.5 points per game and ranking third in assists per game with 3.7.More news: Man City owner Sheikh Mansour called Guardiola after title confirmed
"I was just limping, and they saw me limping and thought I needed to come out, "but I was just being a baby". However, the former Louisville standout did suffer an injury during Game 1 that forced him to the sideline, albeit briefly.

He'll have a couple of days to rest before Utah suits back up in Game 2 on Wednesday. "So I'm excited to get this thing going". "I ain't never sit out playoff games".
