Oscar winning music composer A R Rahman bagged two awards for best music direction in Tamil film "Kaatru Veliyidai" and best background music score for 'Mom'. She cared for daughters around the world who needed a voice and understood the story best because our daughters, Janhvi and Khushi, were her life. We all are missing her now'.
"Last year was great for me" I cried when I received the news.

"Tolet", directed by Chezhiyan won the Best Film in Tamil. I know we are all filmmakers. It's exhilarating. I wouldn't have managed to win this if it wasn't for my director and co-actors. She would've been so happy today because even though she put a lot of effort into all her characters, Mom was a very special film for her. It feels attractive. I feel like my hard work of all these years has got recognition.
