Prince Charles releases statement on the birth of his new grandson

Pippa Middleton Hits the Gym Amid Pregnancy Rumors

"The Duchess travelled by vehicle from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge". Those were some of the first words royal baby No. 3 heard.

Babies do not care that you are one of the most important people in the world.

Just seven hours later, we got our first glimpse of the little prince. The baby weighs 8 pounds 7 ounces.

"Jerry is a strong name, absolutely", William said. During the short walk from the auto to the hospital, Charlotte, 2, charmed the crowd with her flawless royal wave as older bro George looked up at the massive crowd briefly before looking down as he walked toward the door.

Asked how mother and baby is, William said: "They're very well, thanks".

Since making the off-hand comment, bookies have slashed odds on the newborn being named Alexander, though Arthur still remains the favourite.

Prince William then appeared to drop a clue about the royal baby's name.

Yesterday, the Duke and Duchess were kept busy settling in to life as a family of five at Kensington Palace, Prince George and Princess Charlotte already having been introduced to their brother at St Mary's Hospital. As George was a little older, he was in his school uniform, while William was wearing the same white-and-red outfit that later served as the inspiration for the outfit that George would wear to Princess Charlotte's christening in 2015. Middleton's stylist Natasha Archer was also seen leaving the hospital just an hour before the new baby was born.

The 2-year-old princess is fourth in line to the throne, behind her grandfather, Prince Charles; her father, Prince William; and older brother, Prince George.
