As Arsene Wenger bids farewell to Arsenal on Sunday after 22 years in charge Sky Sports revisits his remarkable career as manager.

It was the seventh straight loss on the road for Arsenal since the turn of the year, an embarrassing statistic for Wenger at the culmination of his reign of 22 years.

Mesut Ozil (back), Mohamed Elneny (ankle), Laurent Koscielny and Santi Cazorla (both Achilles) are also missing but the likes of Alexandre Lacazette and Jack Wilshere could return after sitting out in midweek. Because the Champions League doesn't sell well anymore.

Wenger cut an emotional figure speaking for the last time at Colney, talking about his best moments at the club, which have been aplenty.

"But if you have Real Madrid v Barcelona, or Real Madrid v Arsenal, or Manchester United v Bayern Munich every week the audiences will be good."Such a dramatic shift would mean major changes to the Premier League, said Wenger. I am fascinated by India, I don't know why, but I have never been in India", he said". I would say personally from 2006 to 2015 it was certainly the period where I needed to be the strongest and [where] I did the best job. "I think that's the next step - we will see". There would be a trickle down into the football league too as it would be more hard for lower league clubs to make the jump into the top tier.

Arsenal have only won one of their last five matches in all competitions, drawing one and losing three.

The Frenchman also said that a European league was "inevitable", the Times reports.

"I will stay in football for sure". It's a bit of all of that.

"Au revoir, Arsene, et Merci", it reads, which translates as, "Goodbye, Arsenal, and thank you".

"We have gone through a season of ups and downs but they have always created something special and I would like that to come out in the last game by the way we play it". That's what you want and after that you want the style of play, as the manager has an influence on the way you play football.
