Coming to the specs, the leakster suggests that the HTC U12+ will flaunt a liquid surface design with a "new pressure-sensitive buttons and a new touch feedback experience".
The Taiwanese Company is sticking with their own Edge Sense technology, which enables users to control the user interface with a light squeeze, despite research showing that few people used this feature in the HTC 11.
The front-facing shooter will have 8MP sensor and an F/2.0 wide-angle lens.
"Based on the leaked spec sheet which was supposed to be embargoed until 23 May, the U12+ comes with a 6" Quad HD+ 18:9 display that comes with HDR10 support and Gorilla Glass protection.More news: PayPal acquires Swedish startup iZettle for $2.2 billion ahead of IPO
This is the most complete specs list yet for the HTC U12 Plus.
There's also always-on Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant support while the handset will ship with Android Oreo. The handset will flaunt an IP68 certified design for water- and dust-resistance. Up front will be dual cameras of 8-megapixel resolution, and it will also support bokeh mode and AR stickers. Further, the phone features 4K video recording at 60fps, slow-motion videos at 240fps. What's more, the HTC smartphone will also include BoomSound speakers. The device is backed by a 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 2TB via micro SD card slot.
For the battery, the phone is equipped with 3500mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 that can charge the device up to 50 percent in 35 minutes. Sadly, that is the only port on the device as the headphone jack is missing.
