It was nice to see Dragon Quest XI in the spotlight, a series that often doesn't enjoy its share of mainstream. The Quiet Man is a weird pitch but a new IP, which I will always approve of. What was disappointing though was that there was no mention at all of Square Enix's Avengers game, which a year ago they'd implied would be revealed at E3. Square Enix's big event-its first at E3-takes place today, June 11; you'll be able to watch a livestream of right here on GameSpot, and on our Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook accounts.
It was a bite-sized 30-minute look at Square Enix's plans moving forward, with plenty for fans to get hyped over.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is scheduled for release on January 29, 2019, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There will also be a crossover event with Brave Exvius. That was the best. It also comes with the Edition of Light's DLC, one Pep Pop that peps up all active allies and 15 more Seeds of Skill.
