Everton produced a remarkable end to the transfer window as they made three significant additions to Marco Silva's squad in Yerry Mina, Bernard and André Gomes.

Everton have completed the signing of Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes from Barcelona, according to The Mirror.

Manchester United spent the entire summer transfer window scouring for a centre-back who could not just add solidity at the back but also be a leader in defence.

Bernard, also 25, has signed a four-year deal with the Merseyside club after his contract at Shakhtar ran out in June.

The fee could rise by 1.5 million euros (RM7.1 million), and Barcelona have inserted a buy-back clause in the player's contract.

Speaking about why he wanted to join, the 23-year-old told the club's website that he discussed Everton with fellow teammate Lucas Digne - who played alongside Mina at Camp Nou - before making the switch.

Promoted Fulham paid a reported club-record 22.3 million pounds for Cameroon midfielder Andre-Frank Anguissa from Olympique de Marseille and signed Spanish goalkeeper Sergio Rico on a season-long loan deal from Sevilla.

However, Allardyce feels that Everton still have far too many wide players to cope with.

Everton and Fulham stole the show on the Premier League's transfer deadline day, as both clubs welcomed several eye-catching signings.

Moments later they also confirmed that Portugal global Gomes would join the Premier League side on loan. I have spoken a lot to the coach and I know his passion for Everton and determination to be successful.
