In Banks' version of the story, Grimes never showed up to work. Banks said that didn't seem to be the case.

Musk's spokesperson told Business Insider he could not comment on funding. Tesla declined to comment.

Rapper Azealia Banks claims has started a feud between herself, Tech billionaire Elon Musk and his girlfriend Grimes after being stuck at their house over the weekend.

The "212" rapper took to IG stories to give her account of the whole ordeal, which she wrote felt like being in a real life version of Jordan Peele's Get Out.

This here is one of them: Tesla chief Elon Musk has denied ever speaking to controversial rapper Azealia Banks, after she launched a furious Instagram Story tirade against Musk's partner Grimes over an allegedly failed musical collaboration.

When Business Insider reached out to Banks via Instagram direct message, Banks shared further details.

Azealia Banks and Elon Musk are officially engaged in one of the pettiest he-said-she-said dramas of all time.

Banks told Business Insider that Musk spent the weekend securing investors after he announced his plans to take Tesla private last week.

"Lol I waited around all weekend while grimes coddled her boyfriend for being too stupid to know not to go on Twitter while on acid", she posted before later saying he was freaking out over the post. But Banks said the couple kept stringing her along with the promise of collaborating on music.

"They bring me out there on the premise that we would hang and make music", Banks claimed via DM. "But his dumbass kept tweeting and tucked his dick in between his arse cheeks once shit hit the fan".

Slamming Musk's efficiency as a business man, Banks said, "I could run Tesla better than he does".

Azealia went on to call Grimes - a singer she'd previously publicly expressed admiration for - a "dirty-sneaker-inbred-out of the woods" and said of Elon that he "took steroids and got hair plugs to convince himself he was an alpha", before she later dubbed him as a "mutant". "He was stressed and red in the face".

"He's not cute at all in person", Banks added.

Banks told Business Insider she found out Musk does not have funding secured for the vehicle company's privatization.

Banks' Instagram posts also caused a stir because she alluded to drug use and Twitter.

Banks has a history of making bold and sometimes unverified claims.

"The nerve of these crackheads to think I would put my fully human lips on them", she added.
