Shaun Weiss, who played the goalie Goldberg in Disney's The Mighty Ducks, was arrested in Oroville, California, Saturday morning for public intoxication.

According to Nicodemus, the group was "behaving erratically with flashlights", with Weiss shining a light on his own face, giving police reason to believe he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

It appears that he is a less than a mighty duck. Weiss was arrested for being under the influence of drugs. The odd behavior led officials to believe the man was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Oroville Lt. Chris Nicodemus told People.

Weiss' rep has not commented on his latest brush with the law.

However he later went back behind bars when he was arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine after reports were made of a suspicious male stumbling around near the Warner Bros. studio lot in Burbank.

During the 1990s, Weiss also appeared in Mr Rhodes, The Tony Danza Show, Boy Meets World and had a few small roles on The King of Queens before starring in four episodes of Freaks and Geeks. Weiss was sentenced to 150 days after allegedly stealing $150 worth of merchandise from Fry's Electronics, but ultimately served only 12 due to overcrowding.
