The stream has been delayed as a result of the powerful 6.6 magnitude quake in Hokkaido, with a new time and date to be announced in the near future.

Everyone in Japan, stay safe.

According to Nintendo, this presentation will be about 35 minutes long, which is about on par with typical Nintendo Direct length. This service will continue the Switch's current online service, while adding exclusive content, including a library of 20 NES titles and save data cloud backup. Originally, this Direct was planned for a showing time of 3 pm PT/6pm ET, so the new date and time may follow a similar format.

A new Nintendo Direct presentation has been announced by the Big N this morning. The launch for the online service has been scheduled for the month of September already but all hopes now rely on the authenticity of the "close source" of Nintendo Life. Furthermore, Ninty has said it aims to include online co-op in as many games as possible.

We should hear more about the Nintendo 3DS lineup of games, with the software library slowing down significantly since the release of the Nintendo Switch. You'll be to watch it on Nintendo's YouTube channel, or below.

Nintendo has given only a day's warning for their latest Nintendo Direct presentation, but you're going to have to stay up till 11pm tomorrow in order to see it. One of these titles is Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The Famitsu data also revealed the top five best-selling Switch games in Japan, and it should come as no surprise that Splatoon 2 sits easily atop the list.
