And what about a new MacBook Air? The iPhone X's and iPhone XS' Face ID authentication functionality will likely make its way to the 2018 iPad Pro, and as a result, the tablet is also rumoured to ditch Touch ID.
After refreshing the MacBook Pros earlier this year, it looks as though Apple is going to turn its attention to the rest of its laptops at the October 30 event. Rumors claim that this new MacBook lineup will replace the aging MacBook Air lineup. This will be the first update to Mac Mini since 2014. Since then though, we haven't heard much about the charging pad, with rumours circulating that Apple's engineers have experienced significant manufacturing difficulties related to heat management and connectivity.
The Mac Mini is the least likely, at least if you believe the quantity of buzz around it. Nonetheless, this should also be good enough for most users as the Mac mini in its current iteration is awfully outdated and of no use. It is expected that the fresh listing points at the anticipated Mac Mini and iMac upgrades.
