Insomniac Games has since said New Game Plus mode is "coming soon", and any mention of tomorrow's release has been removed from the PlayStation Blog. The other two suits are some fan-favorites taken from the comics. Or buy all three installments of "Marvel's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps" DLC series as a special bundle for $24.99, which gets you "Marvel's Spider-Man: The Heist", as well as the two additional chapters "Marvel's Spider-Man: Turf Wars" and "Marvel's Spider-Man: Silver Lining", releasing later this year.
Be sure to snag Marvel's Spider-Man now. Which might make taking on the new Ultimate difficulty level easier. It also adds a trio of new suits, which we've now gotten our first look at. That easy trophy list is about to get a bit trickier. Insomniac haven't been able to clarify what happened; the information appears to have been correct, but the update is no longer arriving on the 17th. We've also tuned Friendly Difficulty based on your feedback to be more friendly. Neither Insomniac nor Sony immediately responded to a request for comment.
In "Marvel's Spider-Man: The Heist", the chapter centers on Spider-Man and Mary Jane Watson finding themselves closing in on Felicia Hardy AKA Black Cat while investigating the robbery of a NY art museum. Whether they'll act differently and have unique attacks or just be reskins of existing enemy types remains to be seen. The first is Scarlet Spider II, and the second is the Spider-UK suit from Spider-Verse.More news: O'Rourke evokes Trump's 'Lyin' Ted' in debate
Update 1.07 for Marvel's Spider-Man will officially roll out tomorrow, October 17, and with it will finally come the addition of New Game+. If Spider-UK lets Parker start berating bad guys in an English accent, I'm sold.
Due out on October 23.
