Now, with Diablo III having expanded to consoles-including, as of today, Nintendo Switch-Blizzard has its eyes set on what might be its most hard adaptation of the action RPG yet: mobile.

Diablo Immortal is the newest game in the Diablo franchise and it is for mobiles. If you meet a friend in that overworld, you'll be able to invite them to an instanced dungeon for a more traditional Diablo experience.

Diablo Immortal is a game set after the events of Diablo II: Lord of destruction and before the events of Diablo 3, although it looks like an oversimplified version of Diablo 3.

Blizzard has said that the game's netcode will be restructured, bringing it up to the standards of "modern matchmaking".
