The concept behind Nightscape isn't new to speak but it stands out as OnePlus ventured into computational photography by choosing to include this feature.
Although the price has seen a small bump when compared with its predecessors, the OnePlus 6T still remains competitively priced. T-Mobile says it is the only US mobile carrier to be offering the handset directly to buyers in the United States.
The new OnePlus 6T is finally available and its price starts at $549 for the basic model that has 6 GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Prices top out at $629 if you max out the RAM and storage, just FYI.
People who purchase the phone from Amazon can avail Rs 1,000 extra cashback as Amazon Pay Balance. The phone is also eligible for Rs 2,000 instant discount from ICICI Bank and Citibank.
As far as the specs are concerned, the OnePlus 6T comes with a 6.41-inch AMOLED display with 2340 x 1080 pixel resolution and a screen-to-body ratio of 86%. Putting the fingerprint sensor under the display, as well as upping the battery capacity by a pretty large margin.More news: Trump says he doesn’t feel betrayed by Saudis
In an earlier blog post, CEO Pete Lau had explained that the company had tried to implement the feature on the OnePlus 5T, but it struggled with accuracy. However, many will lament the loss of the headphone jack with the 6T.
As discovered by Android Authority, the OnePlus 6T with T-Mobile is behind on software updates at launch. And, the powerful Snapdragon 845 processor paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage definitely give it the performance to hold its own against the competition. The phone does not support a microSD card slot. OnePlus has slimmed down the bezels around the screen, and the infamous display notch is now just a tiny water drop-shaped cutout for the front-facing camera.
It seems OnePlus is confident on it's fast wired charging (which is really damn fast), but wireless technology is also improving, and it is good to have a feature which is convenient.
Buying the phone SIM-free costs £499 and adding a SIM-only plan with 4GB of data will cost around £11 per month.
